Shadow of You

A sword in my chest slitting my throat.

It’s hard to swallow and harder to breathe.

Blood is ripping my veins trying to burst out of my skin.

My lungs so heavy can’t take anything no more.

Life is in an unstoppable vehicle.

Taking twists and turns one could never predict.

A lonely passenger wishing for a miracle to happen.

But heaven got the shadow of you.

Thunder storm in my restless mind.

Drowning me deep into the insane ocean.

Voices screaming all around silence is nowhere to be found.

Hurt so many times pain feels nothing no more.

Life in a sinking ship.

A lonely sailor wishing for a miracle to happen.

But the heaven got the shadow of you.

Some surely walked the road before.

Some surely fought the battles before.

Against the time against the tide.

Must their will be stronger than mine.

I am weak, I am vulnerable

Sitting beside the river in the darkness

Hoping your shadow save the day.
